I have a dedication and talent for developing and delivering training programs at all levels in an organization, including executive coaching and leadership development. I am dedicated to transformational leadership, self-awareness, and transcendence of others. I have a proven record of accomplishment of aligning organizational needs with the employee experience through change initiatives and programs.
